My beat got placed with a sample I got from SoundCooler, what should I do?
If you believe you may need clearance for a sample, first check our Terms of Use. After reading the terms, if you determine that sample needs to be cleared, check the folder of the pack the sample is from. All products should have a file attached that has the producer's email and/or basic contact information. If for any reason you can’t find their email or contact information, please email support@soundcooler.co along with the basic usage information and we will contact and connect you with the producer.
I want to sell on SoundCooler, do you take submissions?
Yes, you can email us examples of your work to submit@soundcooler.co. Please keep submissions under 5 pieces of work and tell us a little bit about yourself. We will contact you only if we are interested in potentially partnering with you.
Why are these samples not royalty free?
SoundCooler’s producers and the products we provide are of the highest quality. We strongly believe in creating a platform that moves our producer community forward, one of these ways is by properly crediting and paying all parties involved in a record.
Where are my downloads?
All products are delivered via email, if you didn’t receive your email contact us at support@soundcooler.co
Am I able to get a refund?
By purchasing our products you agree to our terms which includes a no refund policy. Our products are digital goods and once they have been downloaded they cannot be returned. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact support@soundcooler.co
